Norwegian Cruise Line is launching its 12 Days of Holiday Savings promotion, offering guests the opportunity to take advantage of incredible savings during the line’s limited time offer. Starting tomorrow, December 4, guests are encouraged to visit www.ncl.com daily to view each unique and exciting offer. The gift of cruising is the ultimate holiday gift, and every day, throughout the 12-day promotion, select ships and sail dates will be featured, offering limited time specials on cruises to popular destinations including Alaska, Bahamas & Florida; Bermuda; the Caribbean; Europe; Hawai’i and more.
Guests Cruising Like a Norwegian over the holidays can relax and unwind while enjoying the festive atmosphere*. During the holidays, Norwegian ships spread the holiday spirit with festive decorations, themed menu items and special activities.
To spread Christmas cheer, Norwegian ships will be decorated with festive holiday decorations including poinsettias, Christmas trees and a plethora of twinkling lights. In addition, a menorah will be lit each evening in celebration of Hanukkah. A priest, minister or Rabbi will also be on board to conduct holiday services; for example, on Christmas Eve. Delectable menu items such as honey-glazed Black Forest ham with sweet potato mash, pumpkin soufflé and a pear and chestnut torte may also be available in select restaurants on board. In addition, guests on select ships will have the opportunity to view the incredible gingerbread houses created by the talented crew members on board.
A Norwegian ship is also the best place to ring in 2014. As the clock prepares to strike midnight the captain will conduct the countdown to the New Year live from the bridge. Celebrations will take place throughout the ship and guests who participate in the celebration
will receive a variety of festive items such as party hats, noisemakers, streamers and a glass of champagne or featured specialty cocktail to toast to the New Year.
